Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Engineer specializing in Access Management, IAM (Identity and Access Management), and PAM (Privileged Access Management). As a member of our security team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access controls and privilege management solutions to protect our organization's critical assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in access management.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IAM and PAM solutions to ensure secure access management across the organization's systems and applications.
- Develop and enforce access control policies, standards, and procedures to minimize security risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define access management requirements, including user provisioning, authentication, and authorization processes.
- Conduct access reviews and audits to identify and remediate access control issues, including excessive privileges, orphaned accounts, and unauthorized access.
- Evaluate and recommend IAM and PAM tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance the organization's access management capabilities.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams in implementing secure access controls within applications and services.
- Monitor access management systems and tools for security incidents, anomalies, and unauthorized access attempts.
- Participate in security incident response activities related to access management and privilege escalation incidents.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends related to access management and IAM/PAM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Information Security Engineer or similar role with a focus on access management, IAM, and PAM.
- Strong knowledge of IAM and PAM concepts, best practices, and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Hands-on experience with IAM and PAM tools such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Experience with access management in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
- Understanding of security principles and technologies related to authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate access-related risks and vulnerabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
